About us

Ben and Fred are graduates from the National Centre for Circus Arts in London, both specialising in juggling. Beside their work as a duet they both perform individually and for various companies internationally. Ben has a background in engineering (MEng/BEng) and beside his work as a freelance juggler he continues to work in the field. This interest is one of the main drives behind their award-winning duet The Juggling of Science. Fred has worked internationally for over a decade for renowned performance companies such as Gandini Juggling and Feeding the Fish, as well as performing in and creating several of her own projects. She was the first winner of the prestigious Deutsche Bank Award for Creative Entrepreneurs awarded in Circus. By bringing together Ben’s studies in engineering and Fred’s experience in juggling performances, their work attempts to challenge the traditional narratives within circus performances and explores what can be done with juggling in a performance environment.
